3. Uniform feeding
The feeding speed should be uniform. If it is too fast, it may cause material blockage and damage to the crushing equipment. If it is too slow, it may cause untimely feeding, create a gap, and also reduce the efficiency of the cone crusher. Therefore, when feeding, it is necessary to feed the material evenly, either fast or slow.
4. Maintain proper rotation speed
The motor is the power source of the cone crusher, and it also affects the rotational speed of the equipment. If the motor is high-power, the rotational speed will be higher, and the production capacity will also be greater. The corresponding increase in the number of times the material is crushed can make the particle size of the crushed material finer, but it should not be too fast. If it is too fast, it will damage the equipment, so it is sufficient to appropriately accelerate the rotational speed.
5. Feed shall meet equipment requirements
The hardness, humidity, and size of the material entering the cone crusher should meet the equipment requirements. "If the hardness and humidity of the material are relatively high, the crushing strength and difficulty will also increase, and the efficiency will decrease. Therefore, the crushed material should meet the requirements of the cone crusher in order to improve production efficiency.".
