Equipment Device

The machine adopts tire coupling, flexible connection and stable operation. And the ring groove rivet connection makes it strong and durable. It is lubricated with thin oil and has a longer life.
The motor drives the exciter through the tire-type coupling, and the high-speed rotation of the eccentric block generates a strong centrifugal force, which makes the screen box make a forced continuous circular motion. The material uses this motion as the driving force, and makes continuous throwing motion on the inclined screen surface. When thrown, it is layered, and when it falls, it is screened with particles, and the particle size classification process is completed over and over again.
