What is the working principle of hydraulic cone crusher

The cone crusher is a type of a machine that breaks material into smaller pieces. It is a piece of crushing equipment that is widely used in the mining, construction and metallurgical industries. Cone crushers have several different types. These include single cylinder, multi-cylinder and hydraulic cone crushers.
Hydraulic cone crushers are widely applied in metallurgical, road building, construction and chemical industries. They are suitable for crushing hard and mid-hard rocks and ores. Their main features are high capacity, stable performance and easy maintenance. In order to use the cone crusher, the lubrication system should be cleaned thoroughly. An oil filter is also necessary for the operation of the cone crusher.
The design of the hydraulic cone crusher is based on scientific principles. It is a unique hydraulic system. In addition to the simple angular surface of the cone, it has a radial contact point in the lowermost area. This point is designed to keep the pressure in the crusher at a low level. A special crushing chamber is built into the body of the cone, which can increase the amount of cubes in the finished product.
In the hydraulic cone crusher, the crushing action is produced by oscillating the inner cone. With the support of the bottom hydraulic piston, the dynamic cone is able to move back and forth in the crushing chamber. Once the tramp passes through, the adjustment ring is raised to the desired height.
The eccentric bushing is mounted off center from the centre axis of the crusher. During its operation, it causes the lower shaft to oscillate in an elliptical orbit around the centreline. This action makes the gap between the mantle and the concave liners open and close with each rotation of the shaft.
The eccentric sleeve assembly is supported by a high strength cast steel frame. A big gear drives the eccentric sleeve. A rubber v-belt transmits the moment of torsion to the belt pulley. When the eccentric sleeve is positioned, the gap between the mantle and the outer cone liner is adjusted to the required level.
The pinion shaft is connected to the gear wheel. The pinion is then supported by a pinion shaft bearing. The pinion and crown gear arrangement is then mounted on the pinion drive shaft. Both the pinion and crown gear are made of alloy steel. Common lubrication is employed to keep the pinion drive shaft in good condition.

The designed hydraulic lubrication system not only ensures the reliable operation of the equipment, but also greatly reduces the time and manpower input.
When the DHP multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher is working, the rotation of the motor rotates around a fixed pendulum through the pulley or coupling, the transmission shaft and the cone part under the force of the eccentric sleeve, so that the crushing wall of the cone crusher is sometimes close to the From time to time, it leaves the surface of the rolling mortar wall fixed on the adjustment sleeve, so that the ore is continuously impacted, squeezed and bent in the crushing cavity to achieve the crushing of the ore.
