1. When shutting down or transferring production line equipment for a long time, you should pay attention to the following points

1. If the flywheel of the cone crusher has been removed from the eccentric shaft, the contact surface between the flywheel and the shaft should be coated with antiseptic.

2. During the storage period of the cone crusher or during the seasonal shutdown period, the cone crusher should be maintained in time to ensure that the bearings are properly lubricated. If the cone crusher cannot run during storage, manually rotate the flywheel of the cone crusher 3-4 times to ensure that the bearings are properly lubricated. Add grease in time.

3. During long-term shutdown, if the movable jaw has been removed from the frame, attention should be paid to the dust entering the bearing, and sufficient grease should be applied to the sealing ring. The contact surface should be coated with anti-rust agent.

4. When the cone crusher is taken out from the storage point, the paint should be checked and repaired as needed. Before assembling the cone crusher, remove the preservative from the contact surfaces.

5. The removed parts of the cone crusher should be stored on a stable support to avoid contact with the ground, moisture and corrosion.

2. After the customer purchases new equipment for cone machine accessories, in order to ensure the life and operating efficiency of the equipment, the equipment should be checked regularly. What needs to be done to check the work of the cone crusher?

1. The maintenance time of the cone crusher is generally five or six hours after the equipment is completed and cooled.

2. When inspecting, you can touch the flatness of the surface of the cone with your hands first, and check whether the joint position is welded evenly and whether there is any unevenness. The absence of these phenomena indicates that the workmanship is OK.

3. Check the matching level of supporting parts, adjust and replace them in time.

4. Carry out no-load trial operation on the cone crusher. Before starting the machine, check whether the cone crusher is installed properly, and start the machine after everything is normal. During no-load operation, it is necessary to check the sealing, friction, impact, and abnormal noise of the cone crusher.

5. During trial operation, check whether the cylinder vibrates obviously and whether the noise is too loud. Ensure that the shaking of the cylinder does not exceed 0.5mm, and the noise is controlled within 85dB.

6. After the test run, start normal operation and put into production. Before production, you should pay attention to whether the thermometer of the bearing is normal. During production, you can test it every two hours to ensure that the temperature of the bearing is within the range.

7. The commonly used accessories of the cone crusher should be prepared in advance so that they can be replaced in time in future production.
