Single-shaft shredder

This equipment consists of a reducer, cutter shaft, fixed blades, moving blades, and a shredder chamber. Material falls into the shredder chamber from the feed hopper. The cutter shaft rotates at low speed, crushing the material through shearing and tearing. Additionally, a pushing device presses the material against the cutter shaft, further increasing crushing efficiency. During the crushing process, material smaller than the screen openings is discharged through the screen and enters subsequent processes; material larger than the screen openings returns to the chamber for repeated crushing via a rotary screen until the material meets the required size before being discharged.
